A message dated May 2, 2011, was read stating the Governor signed                                                               
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 16(FIN)                                                                                        
    "An Act extending the senior benefits payment program; and                                                                  
    relating to income allowances for medical assistance recipients                                                             
    and Alaska Pioneers' Homes and Alaska Veterans' Homes
